I was too young for politics. Just the little bit I saw on the news. I do remember him being referred to as paranoid though.

But here's a "what might have been" that not many people know about. Nixon and Elliott Richardson were working on a national health insurance plan that would have provided universal coverage of catastrophic illnesses. This was in 1974, and the initiative died with Nixon's impeachment. It would have been better than the current ACA.
@KamloopsBob @Charles_Hawtrey @Jacki I came to this country in '83. From what I read about Nixon, he was flawed but human, like most of us. TFG is not. He is a fantastic mistake of nature.
