I think I developed allergies a couple years ago after going down a 100 ft slide in a mud run that ended in pond water. Drop off was right after a turn. Blind sided and it just shot right up my nose. Sinus infection.
This is all to say allergies still feel new to me and are super annoying... especially when I first wake up and one nostral is ceiled up.
I go from nosebleeds to congestion, fall/winter to spring/summer.
@InvaderGzim was doing Flonase, but now just using a general nasal spray with saline. Thought that'd only be a winter thing, but maybe I'll go all year.
Have been doing periodic Zyrtec when it's bad or I'm doing a run and want to be preventative.
@L_D_G
Flonase?
Also, I had not allergies until I hit 25, then they hit like a truck...
And at 50, they started to decline...
I once read somewhere that allergies are on a 25 year cycle, but this was long ago... And it seemed to hold for me...
