Anyone have an electric push mower?
Thoughts, feelings, reviews of it?
@0x56 only half so. I got some odd spots it would get stuck at and the yard is a fenced section and no fence section that I'd have to move it between.
I also have a teenager that needs things to do. And a fat ass that I need to get moving some too.
My ride-on died and I've been paying someone, but he got all pissy because he ran over dog shit and it was on the tire of his mower 🙄
I told him to give me a day heads up before he shows, which he didn't do, so I'm not upset he ran over some. 🤷♂️
@Kurtroedeger @0x56 On a large yard it comes down to 2 words.
Cable management.
So go for a good battery operated one. Then it can be a pleasure to use, if you don't let the grass become a jungle for hobbitses. Good for low impact arm exercise, unless in a jungle. Again. And check the height of the handle bar, because slouching makes it hell.
And you need a trimmer on top since it is not a delicate finishing machine for edges.
@Fiikus_goddess @0x56 and since the one I'm looking at is self propelled, I could get a good 60% of the lawn mowed by staking the center point and fixing a rope on the mower then letting it go. 😏
Welp, If you are looking for more fishing trips to your cardiologist, remote controlled lawn mower that looks like a tank is your best bet!
😱😱😱 I expected pricey with 0x56 note on being expensive. But $63 K for the cheapest 😱😱😱
An electric riding mower is $7k, I feel like adding remote control to that would cost less than $56k

Approved by all HOA grass Nazis.
That's a mod I could get behind 😂
