@Kurtroedeger @Fiikus_goddess OK! That will definitely go on the rotation this week. 😋 Mr. Mac just had gallbladder surgery, so I'm making some very mild, low-fat items tonight. Rice with shredded carrots, onions, and ginger and some chicken breasts. Easy to digest.

The sample lady was Korean and she warned me vehemently that the sample was spicy, so I feel like I got Korean Momed quite sufficiently. 😁 Sadly, no kimchi this time around. Mr. Mac is the Kimchi lover in our house and he's under the weather right now, so no kimchi, but there will be kimchi in our future, I promise. We're keeping things mild this week.

@janallmac @Fiikus_goddess we have an h Mart closer in to Philly. Parking is nearly impossible. Circled the block 5 times until a spot opened up last time I was there. We have an assi market closer that's easier parking and much more like a regular grocery store.

Oh, gosh... I got a big thing of peeled garlic, some carrots, a mixed thing of what's called Shabu Shabu veggie mix which I'm going to use to make lo mein noodles later this week... um, some frozen Korean pancakes and some frozen Korean fried rice...
Sadly no big-arse Korean donuts were available or I might've gotten one.
