I've run in to an odd problem on my tablet and didn't see anything in the user's guide that helps. My tablet can't use the mobile app, so I have to use the website. On the far right panel, instead of the menu, I have a 2nd iteration of the Firehose. If I click the back button from that 2nd iteration it reloads the whole web page. I can get that column to show the profiles and other things that show up on that panel, but not the menu.

@Kriselda Click on the logo upper left side of your screen to refresh and reload the getting started page.
@CherNohio thanks for the suggestion, but, unfortunately, it didn't fix it. :(
@Kriselda Ok, sorry. I'm clueless as I don't use an ipad only knowing the app doesn't support it. I also know Firefox doesn't play nicely with COSO. i use Chrome. I'll boost your original post. Perhaps others can chime in directly on it.
