Feels like No Mans Sky without the space exploration. but i really liked the changing world as you progress with Terraforming the planet that gives you a really good sense of progression.
I dont know what games you like, but it is more "comfy" than hardcore. I found it had value. Thinking of doing another replay at a different starting location or doing the DLC of the other planet "Humble" might see other planets in the future
@Kinnison I'll play pretty much anything that isn't PvP, hardcore survival, or hardcore platforming.
I love Stardew Valley, Terraria, Minecraft, etc.
The main thing holding me back from trying Planet Crafter is that I'm on Linux and <gestures at her already very large, multi-platform, unplayed games library>.
