What is this man doing? The globby freshly deposited concrete is flattening and smoothing under the ministrations of some electric tool he's using. The technology must have advanced since I was a construction worker's brat.

@Kinnison Thank you! It won't freeze here any time soon, I don't think. It's getting into the 40s at night. But it may very well rain. We've got weather systems lined up over the Pacific.
