@Kinnison "This does not happen often and is rare." says the chief of the Department of Redundancy Office.
"Klofkorn was booked on one count of arson of property." He's going to be charged with far more than that before this is over.

It is rare. Because the punishment is significant jail time with very little gain for "getting away with it"
Bet they are going to get all his electronics to see how far down the hole he went
