well technically we have influenced Hurricanes with global climate change. The Gulf of Mexico is so hot that Hurricanes are reaching the maximum severity that is mathematically possible
But more at a general level, not as at specific level telling a Hurricane where to make landfall
otherwise, why has there never been a direct hit to palm Beach and Mar-a-lago?
