Judge: I've heard from the parties, I find that the government have proven the defendant is a danger. Regarding the bail package, it is insufficient even on risk of flight.

Diddy has a history of using his Business to intimidate victims, gaslight them, and obstruct by proxy to the point of being racketeering.

As someone who has followed court room reporting I would have been very surprised the Judge would allowed him released on bail

Sean Combs request for bail was denied by Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky. Unless that decision is overturned by the District Judge or Second Circuit, he will be imprisoned in MDC until trial. Which might be a year out
