Because of the NC supreme court tossing a grenade on the election process allowing #RFKjr to remove his name from the ballot
In NC, absentee ballots will go out to military and overseas voters on Sept. 20, to all other voters who requested a ballot on Sept. 24.
They were already printed and would have been in the mail otherwise
