Found while doing deliveries. People might think posting this sign is funny and cool. And they should never get a single delivery
In my state this is actually illegal.
1. Notices must have name of owner or resident of contact.
2. Trespassing violations cannot be enforced by lethal force
Also I might add. Every Property, and residence there is a right to access. Specifically the right to walk up a driveway, along a path to your front door. Just owning a property does not allow you to assume anyone who sets foot on it is trespassing. Even if you post a no trespassing sign
but again, A lot of people will defend what they think the law is.
If people's lives wouldn't be in danger, it would be a good PSA to pay people to knock on doors and explain trespassing laws.
