Trumps plane reportedly had a hydraulic leak that forced it to divert to Billings, then the Secret service had to do a full sweep of the airport before Trump could transfer to a private jet to finish the last 142 mile journey to Bozeman, which caused most of the 3 hour delay.
some Rumors are that Trump had some unpaid bills at the Billings airport, and would have to pay up to get TRUMP FARCE ONE fixed and refueled there.
