Thankfully it was reported and juror was dismissed. But trial has turned into a Shiatshow. Jury now sequestered, defendants cell phones confiscated, and bonds might be revoked before deliberations began

the defendants are very wealthy. The were excused for international travel for their Business before the trial and own a lot of foreign real estate. Out on bond on own recognition, and never missed an appearance
