this is the NEWSPAPERS idea of Free speech:
"The Right to speak their minds... without fear of being shamed our shunned"
they want to be able to throw rocks at people behind their fortress walls and never face the consequences of throwing rocks at people

I don't know what has happened over there, but they have lost all credibility.
There is a twitter handle called NYT Pitch Bot and sometimes the posts are so similar it eerily highlights how lost they are over there. I don't know if this is to make money with bananas controversy or what. But I barely read anything from the times now.
