Prosecutors have charged Rep. Cuellar (D-TX 28) and his wife with accepting $600,000 in foreign bribes and money laundering.
DOJ alleges they "agreed to + did accept at least $598,000 in bribes" from an oil company owned by Azerbaijan Gov + a Mexican bank.
