last i heard he is going to be able to keep his $6 million florida home to do podcasts from. But the bankruptcy court isn't done yet sorting through his finances and assets because.. well he doesn't want them to know

Yeah, Florida has the homestead rule if you’re actually living in the property. But you can do podcasts and live im a much less expensive house and pay your court fines. That’s why Trump is “living” in MAR-a-LAgo to try & protect it from #LetitiaJames . The LLC was done in New York so technically she could attach it w/o going out of state… but he’s claiming Florida’s homestead rights even though it’s a private club.
