Dude that was 36 years ago. There are many people who have no clue what the Berlin Wall was and how significant it was to have it removed.

@Kinnison My point was, a little dementia isn't a death sentence right away. I don't' care much for Biden, but he isn't as far gone as Regan was. The difference is that Regan had a wife that worked to hide it from everyone.
