- Count 8 (Assaulting, Resisting or Impeding Police) for all defendants

The jury should be rewarded on its diligence to upholding Democracy. Marathon trial. 4 months. And the fact The jury acquitted a fifth defendant, Dominic Pezzola, of seditious conspiracy but convicted him of obstructing Congress gives legitimacy to them not just being a kangaroo court.
Pezzola's was smart and didn't let his ego incriminate himself which allowed him to avoid the sedition charge

Looking at Sentencing guidelines of offense level (-30-), #proudboy are all looking at a minimum of 10 years in prison more likely getting 15-20, there is also a possible terrorism enhancement.
We will find out more on May 25th when Peacekeeper leader Stewart Rhodes gets sentenced and a possible benchmark (No pun intended) is created.
