The warrant that allowed the DoJ to search Mar-a-lago included that there was probable cause TFG violated more laws then just plain ol obstruction. but also possibly 18 U.S. Code § 794 which carries a death penalty
this looks like another strategic leak by team Trump to downplay the severity of the crime
