Cat Update, left him at the vet, they will look at him, (xray, blood) when they have time.
Technician was amused when I said "He says he is hungry, and thirsty. But i know he has not been able to keep anything down"
Cat Update 2: No diabetes, No glucose in urine. Dehydrated. Possible pancreatitis. Might stay overnight getting IV and anti-inflammatory.
okay, not as bad as i thought, a few $100s I know he is getting good care
Ugh. Up to $2000 for treatment. Most I have ever spent on a pet. But he would probably die in a few days without treatment. And might make a full recovery and give me more days of furry love.

@teengee Blood is fine. Only test not done is ultrasound. Already cost me $1000 and will be another $200 he is getting the best care possible.
