The Royall House & Slave Quarters was home to the largest slaveholding family in MA & the enslaved Africans who made their lavish lifestyle possible. Today, its a museum whose household items, archaeological artifacts & programs bear witness to intertwined stories of wealth and bondage
The Royalls were among the founders of Harvard Law School

@Kate_Brannum They may have been part of the main house. There are many examples of those but the Royall House has separate slave quarters
