@BeGrateful "Challengers" had young people smoking, aspiring athletes, no less. Some product placement money changed hands on that one.
And speaking of product placement, there's "Avatar". How much would it cost to ship a case of Marlboros to another planet, so that a scientist can smoke them in a lab?
