@KamloopsBob The guy said that those resources were cut in 2017? Danielle Smith has only been Premiere of AB since fall of 2022. If it was cut in 2017, that's during the 4 years stretch when Rachel Notley was Premiere.

The UCP party has been in charge since 2019 (Jason Kenny before Danielle Smith) so anything that happened since then is entirely down to them. And whoever is in leadership needs to step up and take responsibility.
The fires have been getting worse over the last few years, you'd think they'd shore up fire response instead of gutting it.😡
