I both hate and am sad for bitter people.
If you are a customer who comes at my team with belligerence and rudeness over an accommodation we have made for other customers, which harms you not a bit, and which we would have made available to you as well, given that we are a startup that is still setting up policies, then donโt be surprised when the policy I create is in effect a giant middle-finger pointed straight at you.
