Yes, it's probably too late to fire him but every democrat in Washington should be calling him to ask him to resign.
It's funny, a year ago when people complained that Garland was moving to slow, not getting the job done, we were told we had no idea what it takes to prepare a case and yadayadayada. I wonder what those people think now.
