One thing the author of that piece didn't address, what if the election results just don't matter. Trump could call in his thugs and just take the White House all while declaring the election rigged. If he issues an executive order invoking the insurrection act and suspend habeous corpus. If Congress objects he can order Congress to adjourn until after the "unrest".
