After my wife spent this morning canning diced tomatoes I took a picture of the tomatoes she has left. No dear, that isn't getting carried away.
@SaltyVeruca She grew pineapple tomatoes this year. Huge and delicious. The one pictured is somewhat small for the variety.
@KGinKS Hah! I can relate. Mom brought 15# of romas last week that I made into 5 or 6 qts of marinara sauce and vacu-sealed/froze. Yesterday she brought another 5 quarts worth that I blanched/peeled/diced and froze. It's def a bit of work! But worth it, I think!
@KGinKS I miss good tomatoes so much.
