The Kansas attorney general is still having the KBI investigate whether there was a data breach even though the justification for the search was insufficient. Most people refer to the AG as KKK if that helps.
A request has been entered to determine Judge Laura Viar’s mental capacity by the commission on judicial conduct.

@SaltyVeruca It's a very red state and we have just about every variety of tax and it will likely be the last state in the country to change marijuana laws.
But with climate change the winters are becoming tolerable. Just have to survive a couple months in the oven every summer.
@KGinKS The stupidest thing is that they didn’t start the investigation by having their IT dept. determine if records about the woman were ever actually accessed improperly by anyone.
Anyone (or practically everyone in a small town) could have known about her DUI status. 🤷
@KGinKS Can I ask what county you’re in? It’s completely fine if you don’t want to say. Just curious. I lived in the metro area (Independence Mo) for fifty years then off State Line for five. My sister in law lives up north in Platte by the airport.
