Let's play hypothetical games. Scenario, democrats win 2024, retain the Whitehouse, controls 60 Senate seats and regains control of the house. They pass legislation for term limits, expand the court, impeach a couple of ethically challenged jurists.
What then? Do the precedence set by this court linger over the country? Do fresh cases have to be brought to establish a new precedence?
