@KGinKS: I doubt they'd use their own money to do so, and so I don't reckon it'll get done. Because nobody's likely to want to spend the money and energy to build an organization and negotiation and finance new relationships with courses, clubs, and sponsors, not to mention state and local governments and networks/platforms. it'd take years and years and years to get that money back, in addition to the initial years' losses of sunken costs.
