As we look at Tuesday’s election, please be prepared that 45 is likely going to win re-election. I’m saying this because in 2016 I was not prepared emotionally and hit a depression road bump. After getting my shit together, I started supporting causes like the Women’s March, Planned Parenthood, ACLU, etc.

I am going to continue supporting these causes and my advice to you is make a plan to do the same in any way you can. They are going to need us more than ever! Don’t give up or lose hope!
