Q. Can I upload my phone contact list or something to find my friends on CoSo??

Hi Jud 👋, I'm not sure if you can upload them directly, you can do shoutouts, including the @s ask if they are here.
If you're looking for mutuals from twitter, they are using #TwitterRefugees #TwitterMigrant to find each other.
