When I started looking for a National resonator, I realised that a new one would be out of the question, and that no one was selling 14-fret, Knopfler-style, ones secondhand.
So I ended up with this 2003 12-fret one that has a neck that is essentially only different from a Dobro one in that it’s round instead of square and my hand can only just get around it.
It’s loud and fun, and I play it every day 🤷🏼♂️
