If the GOP wins the Senate by only one or two seats, and the House by less than 25 seats, then effectively the next two years will be essentially a lame duck session. Doubtful anything could pass either chamber, much less impeachment.
They don't actually want to produce anything useful.
They want control of committees that can continually hold hearings and interrupt the work of administration officials who have to testify for hours. More Rand Paul type shit.
