@Mrs_Bones and I took Koda to a local Halloween event yesterday so he could get some candy. My loving wife informed me yesterday that Lemonheads are crappy, old people candy. Needless to say, I was stunned. And while I admit there are certain candies whose primary consumers are older people, I do not believe that Lemonheads fall in the same category as Werther's and those strawberry candies in the cellophane wrapper. Would anyone care to confirm this, or am I mistaken?
I like lemon heads, but I like pretty much anything lemon, and pretty much all candy, and that includes dusty old Werther's or those strawberry things that my octogenarian mom forgot she even had for the past 20 years.
This question is probably for someone with a more discerning palette! I'm a candy ho.
Oh, but not candy corn. No thank you. Even I have standards. 😂
I mean, candy corn isn't horrible, as long as it's not being baked on a pizza. That pizza (shown below) is an abomination before every God that ever existed.
But admittedly, it is not a really great candy either.
