First go at U.S style fish and chips,have to say I was very pleasantly surprised.👍

@UmbaSaffire It's mainly catfish down here but this place use cod or pollock, huge difference in the taste.

@FrankCannon @UmbaSaffire I live on Northern Ohio, and we get (albeit frozen, mostly) north atlantic cod and just damn is it tasty!
@John_Ripley It's better than catfish.I lived in Ballycastle for a while,the fish in the chippy there were swimming around just a day or so before they'd be served. @UmbaSaffire
