Well. it has been six days since they attacked during a major Jewish holiday. The PM stated pretty clearly Israel's intent.

The blockade was a security measure from what I understand.. to keep weapons from getting in. ..but I think that during war-time, they work with Relief agencys to get people out of danger. That is usually how it works. That's where the Arab States could facilitate the quick movement of people by funding the Relief orgs.
