Aw. I follow teacher twitter. So many are stressed, and responding to student behaviors by asserting power 😭 Happened in my building today, new T kicking students out of class, demeaning them, kids I dont even know showing up in my room. Took every deescalation skill I have to calm these students.
We need these teachers, gonna need to support them.

@John_Ripley in other times I’d so agree. In todaytimes, we need to support him, help him learn.

@LaurelGreen I get it. My Dad taught high school for 28 years from the 60-88 and it has only gotten harder for the profession. What is going on particularly in Florida, I can't image your task. You have my respect!👍
