@JoeOTAir People work out their stuff differently. I suffer from anxiety. I've found that a walk or just someplace quiet with earphones playing music that suits my mood (sometimes that's classical, sometimes it's hate grunge) or an audiobook that allows me to push everything out, focus on what I'm hearing, and find some inner peace works for me. @awnaves : I think that I know what you mean... sometimes my music is balls to the wall angry music and other times it's classical or celtic. I've also started daily walks again.
