@Jezibaba also dna is in the skin tags at the root ends of hair. None in the cut hair that goes out, thats all dead cells.

For all the science, it's a fair question. I'm glad she's at least able to think about such things, but TV did her wrong making think there's DNA in the hair strands.

@Jezibaba No, if you donate your hair to locks of love... there's a 99% chance your hair ends up in a landfill... They make about a dozen a year on average... so there's a low chance of getting caught that way.
Now if the donation was to other hair charities, that could be a valid concern....
