And does anyone but me remember at the beginning of the Covid pandemic how Biden when to CA with the backlog of ships at sea that couldn't get into port?
He spearheaded the negotiations between cargo carrier owners - port authorities & dock workers to get the logjam broken free to help the supply line issues of that time?
