Since it's just me I decided to skip the Bday cake and got some brownies yesterday instead. I ate those last night and Bday is tomorrow. So Plan B - I baked a NY Cheesecake. Question remains do I really have to wait until tomorrow to eat some Bday cheese cake. Asking for well frankly me as I stand here with a fork in my hand....🤣
