My 4-step plan:
1. Pass a Senate Rule by a majority vote to get rid of the filibuster.
2. Pass HR 3755, the Women’s Health Protection Act of 2021, to protect medical services including abortion the way Roe v Wade did.
3. Pass the Thirteen Justices Act.
4. Appoint 4 new justices.
@CrankyOldGuy under the thread there are a bunch of additions from posters. Your #3 is on the list. 4&5 are on mine. 👍🏼
@Jezibaba I agree with 1 & 2, but my #3 & #4 are:
3) Elect enough Democrats in November to keep the House and increase the Senate to a clear majority.
4) Impeach the three Drumpf justices (for lying under oath, etc.) & remove them from office
And I would add
5) Impeach Clarence Thomas for being an insurrectionist supporter.
