I don’t know who needs to hear this but it is still early in the process. Take breaks. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Every year the map goes big red before it swings back blue (when it does).
There good signs already. The first trans member of congress was elected. There are wins and f you want to find them.

Democracy is ugly. You win some and you lose some. We need to push for more wins where we can. Presidency is important but there is so much else going on.
