@LnzyHou Ehhhhh. I am, but I'm not. I am significantly better than last week. My belly is still squirrely, but better than it was. No appetite. Great for weightloss, but I'd rather be fat and fill my face lol
@LnzyHou I take daily multivitamins with probiotic in them. I don't supplement on top of that, currently. I have, but it didn't make a noticeable difference

Takes a while to adjust. And you have to find the right dosage. When your stomach is upset, double probiotics. Helps every time.
