The strongest case the prosecution could convince the jury of is that
Michael Cohen, as shown in the testimony/evidence.. DID lie to the government.. and did direct the hush money payments.. and was convicted and SERVED time in PRISON for his crimes of ELECTION INTERFERENCE.. and "individual 1 was the current defendant.. we shall see.
@JazzCrafter I've got an itchy feeling that tomorrow is going to be lit like fireworks in the Trnmp election interference trial.

@SSNBubblehead No doubt.. BUT.. in the end.. even if all is excellently presented by the prosecution.. it must be beyond a reasonable doubt unanimous.. that part worries me. And even a conviction now will be appealed.. another year or two gone.
