@Jazz I want to experiment with different colors and flavors so I’m going to try the lentil ones.
@Museek I started making sweet potato and taro chips when my little one starting eating solids. She was on the “lighter” side for a little bit, so I was constantly trying new ways to entice her to eat things that had healthy fats and were nutritious. 🧐

Well technically I mostly make them from white corn tortillas now.. just slice them into 1/8ths
And they’re so good, fried in peanut oil
But I have made flatbread from scratch
You just roll your dough spray some cooking spray on some wax paper, get a glass bowl and press.
