Today the leaders for Open Door Writing Group meet at my place.

Yesterday I made two kinds of desserts for snacks.

Then I found out no one would have the time to eat before they got here.

Celtic hospitality home here. If I know I am having guests and they'll need to eat, there's a lot of food. No one leaves hungry.

They're not expecting a guest cup, so there won't be that.

Yeah, so there's now a full spread plus homemade desserts to take home.

@singlemaltgirl There is a theory the Celts traveled from the Baltics (DNA origin) down to India and then back up into Europe. Ancient Irish had a caste system as well.

I've been exposed to Sicilian hospitality and it's a lot the same. So is Athapaskan hospitality, for that matter.
