@JV3MJD He never came up with a plan for infrastucture as 45, only now has 'concepts' of a plan for healthcare but, when it comes planning how to cheat his way into the WH, he he had that all mapped out (including back-up plans) at least as early as the Summer of 2020 and was already implimenting it from the very start of his campaign that year. Tthis year, he's just repeating the whole thing: same plan, same scams, same BS. For a climate change denier, he certainly likes to recycle rubbish.
